Heads up
No guarantees. Coach's Recruiting Game Plan is an education and organization tool. It does not promise scholarships, roster spots, offers, or that any coach will contact an athlete. We are not an agent and not a recruiting service, and we don't market athletes to colleges.
Who it's for
Parents and guardians are the buyers. You're the one who buys it, and you decide how to use it with your player. It's for families who want the free guides turned into something printable and trackable: a plan on paper, a sheet to log contacts, and templates so you aren't writing from scratch at 10 p.m.
It is not for you if you want someone to do the recruiting for you. Nobody can. The guides stay free either way.
What's included
- 4-year timeline checklist (printable PDF and a Google Sheet)
- College target list tracker (Sheet: level, contact, status, follow-up dates)
- 10 coach email and DM templates (intro, film update, camp follow-up, thank-you, academic update)
- Phone and visit question bank (player and parent versions)
- Recruiting one-pager and profile template (Canva and Doc)
- Highlight film checklist and shot list
- Camp budgeting worksheet ("is this camp worth it?")
- Eligibility Center and core-course tracker
- Social media audit checklist
- Offer and aid comparison worksheet
- Disclaimer page: education only, no guarantees, not an agent
Coach recommendation
Why a kit at all? The information in the free guides is the same information a good coach would give you. The kit is the worksheets: it puts the plan in a form you can fill out and keep. Convenience and organization, not secrets.

Pricing
- Launch price: $19. One-time.
- Regular price: $29. One-time.
- No subscription. No contract. No upsell required to use the kit.
- Free updates for buyers when rules and calendars change. The NCAA updates football calendars, so the kit does too.
Refund terms
- Refunds only before download. You may request a refund before you download the kit (PDF or spreadsheet, or copying the Google Sheet) by emailing contact@exceedvarsity.com from the parent or guardian's address. Once downloaded, the sale is final.
- Because it's a digital product that can be copied, we can't take it back after you have it. That's why we publish the free sample and the table of contents first.
How we protect the kit
We want the kit to stay affordable for every family, so we protect it:
- One family, personal use. The license is for one family's own use. Please don't share, resell or post it.
- Your name and email on the files. Each PDF page and the Google Sheet header will show the buyer's name and email.
- Unique download links with limits on how long they work and how many downloads they allow.
- A view-only Google Sheet that you make your own copy of. We never share the editable master.
- Takedowns. We watch for leaked copies and file takedown notices when we find them.
The full terms are on the Terms page.
Pay for convenience, never for access
